Scholar insurance

All Spanish students younger than 28 years are included in the application of the Scholar insurance that coursed, in Spanish, universitarty degrees,medium grade, superior grade and PhD students, as well as all the people who make enterprise’s practices.
Are also included all the national students from the Countries members from the European Union and the European economic space, and in general, all the abroad residents students in the same conditions that spanish ones, always that the studies will coursed in Spain and younger than 28 years old.
- Requisitos
General requirements
- Having less than 28 years old, although the Scholar Insurance will cover all the academic year in which the student turns years old.
- Being Spanish student or foreign student legally resident in Spanish.
- To have paid the corresponding School Insurance fee.
- Proof that a minimum period of one year has elapsed since the student first enrolled in any of the educational establishments covered by this insurance.
- This requirement is not required for benefits arising from school accidents, family misfortune due to death of the head of the family and obstetrics.
Covered risk:
- Scholar accident. It is considered a scholar accident that all bodily injury suffered on occasion of directed or directed activities related with the condition of student, excluded the sportive ones, assemblies, study, practices or “end of study” and similar travels, always that these activities have been organized by the scholar centers.
- Family misfortune. It is the situation in the student’s home that doesn’t let continue with the initiated studies and that can be occasioned by the head of household’s death and family ruin or bankruptcy.
- The sickness.
